We plan on being at the membership drive tomorrow. Also, Cloudy and I will be running Registration for the 18th, both tomorrow and the 18th.
Yes, we are going to do early registration at the membership drive.

These aren't SCCA events Tony. It's the AK tri-ad of Subzero Motorsports, Porsche Club and the Alaska Sports Car Club. I don't know if SCCA is doing events this year in addition to this schedule or not.

First AutoX is cancelled due to fishing boats being parked in whittier. The volunteers worked hard to try and move the venue but insurance could not be transfered (I believe, this is what I've heard.)

The Arctic Alaska Region, Sports Car Club of America, has four days of autocross activities as well in 2010 - May 15-16th, Alaska Raceway Park July 10th, Alaska Raceway Park August TBA (and it's location) We will again be utilizing www.motorsportreg.com as our online registration site and www.alaskascca.com for updated information. Thank you to akeuro.com for allowing us to post the SCCA events here too! |

So may 2nd at ARP? What time and how much?
Registration and tech open at 8am. Cost is $25 for members and $35 for non-members. There will be no lunch break, so bring some food if you would like to eat. Dust off the cobwebs from your helmet, uncover the car, and get ready for the first event of the season! This is a go, come rain, sleet, volcanoes or otherwise, we will have an event! DOT helmet is required, so please make sure you bring one. $35/driver non members and $25/driver for members. Registration and tech opens at 8 am and closes at 9 am. Bring a sack lunch with you and dress warm (it'll probably be chilly out there). There will be no lunch break so be sure to bring lunch if you want to eat. For those who preregistered and paid for the Whittier April 18 event, you will have a credit for this coming event. You may also stop by Hi-Speed Solutions at 7049 Arctic Blvd in Anchorage from Thursday - Friday 1 pm - 6 pm to register and prepay with a credit card. Looking forward to seeing you all there!
